Y-Logimed Introduces ULTREON™ 3.0 Software to OPTIS™ Next Imaging Systems

The first installation of the upgrade, as well as the first cases using the new platform, were successfully performed in June 2026 in a Catheterization Laboratory, marking another important step in strengthening intracoronary imaging and interventional cardiology in Greece.
The OPTIS™ NEXT OCT system with ULTREON™ 3.0 software is Abbott’s latest OCT platform for guiding percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), offering advanced capabilities for faster, simpler, and more accurate imaging during complex cases.
The Ultreon 3.0 artificial intelligence software is the latest version in intracoronary optical coherence tomography (OCT), offering powerful features that further advance the role of OCT in coronary interventions:
