Logistics – Y-Logimed

Y-Logimed operates a Logistics Center specialized in medical devices warehousing and distribution. We provide holistic supply chain services to the Hospitals and Diagnostic Centers of the Hellenic Healthcare Group and to the Public and Private Hospitals all around Greece, for purchases of medical devices exclusively distributed by Y-Logimed.

Our objective is to serve hospitals and health care providers at all points of delivery On Time In Full (OTIF).

Services

We provide integrated Logistics services and apply specialized processes to ensure reliability, speed, and optimal performance.

Ensuring our Group Hospitals and Diagnostic Centers same day orders delivery directly to the hospitals’ departments and floors instead of their central warehouses. Thus, we achieve zero stock in the central warehouses of our Group customers.

Providing integrated orders’ delivery services to our customers throughout Greece, for purchases of medical devices exclusively distributed by Y-Logimed. We can deliver either directly to the hospitals’ departments and floors or to their central warehouses.

Handling imports of medical devices from our partners/ manufacturers in Europe, the U.S.A. and Asia in optimal cost and performance.

Applying special Demand Planning and Stock Management to ensure optimal availability of every item according to demand.

Ensuring optimal storage and distribution conditions for medical devices at all stages of the supply chain according to the special requirements for medical devices distribution.

Following sustainable management policies throughout the supply chain.

Facilities

We are a Logistics Center with modern building facilities and sophisticated information systems.

From April 2022 we operate in our privately owned facilities, with a total warehouse area of 4.700 square meters, with a height of 5,5m and 24-hour security services.

Our infrastructure includes separate pickup/loading ramps and a privately owned fleet of delivery trucks and vans.

We use sophisticated information systems and monitor new technological applications in logistics to selectively implement those that improve our supply chain management in terms of productivity and service level we offer our customers.

We have Full Traceability systems with REF and LOT throughout the supply chain.
