Head of Sales and Clinical Support Division

Based in Athens, Greece

The Head of Sales and Clinical Support Division we are seeking will lead our dynamic team of sales specialists and expand our footprint across the Greek healthcare market.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop innovative sales strategies, tactics, long-term and short-term sales forecasts.
• Guide, motivate, support, and evaluate sales team to ensure optimal performance.
• Build a solid network of KOL to meet present and future market needs.
• Cultivate a wide range of business relationships with Hospital Management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
• Lead impactful projects initiatives, generate product demand, implement top-down approaches in key clinical care setting (Operating Room, Intensive Care Unit, Central Sterilization Dept).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Scientific Affair & Education for successful Corporate medical educational events.
• Attend meetings and conferences to promote product portfolio and services.
• Analyse and report to Management (on a monthly & annual basis) sales performance, project initiatives, market dynamics etc.
• Adhere to Company’s Values and Ethical standards.

Skills and Expertise 

We are looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific disciplines (business, nursing or biomedical)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in Medical Devices segment.
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Strategic thinking and Marketing Analysis  
• Deep understanding of the Greek Public Hospital Sector and its dynamics
• Excellent commercial acumen, proactive mindset and strong negotiation skills
• Outstanding communication and relational skills
• Excellent working knowledge of English

• Previous experience in clinical care; Operating Room, Intensive Care and Sterilization is an additional asset.
• Travel: Domestic travel may include up to 50%
